( Freelance 50% position)

Location: Hybrid / Remote

A boutique consultancy that partners with startups in Israel and abroad — providing HR strategy, recruitment, and executive coaching — is looking for a right-hand person: someone versatile, intelligent, and hands-on, who thrives on both structure and creativity.

What you’ll do

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, and managing interviews
• Handle scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups with clients, candidates, and partners
• Assist in creating HR content, presentations, and reports
• Help with workshops, coaching programs, and global HR projects
• Take ownership of operational tasks that keep things running smoothly

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Tech-savvy (LinkedIn, AI tools, Google Workspace, etc.)
• A people-person with curiosity, creativity, and drive
