What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage end-to-end hiring processes across departments, locally and globally
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct in-depth HR interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit
• Partner closely with hiring managers to craft tailored hiring plans for current and future needs
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends, enhance recruitment strategies, and refine onboarding processes
• Collaborate with leadership to align hiring practices with organizational goals and strengthen recruitment infrastructure
  
  

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a global tech company, ideally in a high-growth startup environment
• Proven ability to design and implement recruitment processes from scratch, including local and international hiring
• Extensive experience hiring diverse talent across disciplines, with a focus on R&D and GTM roles
• In-depth understanding of global market dynamics, particularly in regions like Israel, Europe, and the US
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and innovation
• Strong analytical skills, leveraging data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies
• A track record of partnering effectively with hiring managers at all levels
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English- this is a must
