Network & Cybersecurity Technician (Fortinet Specialist)

CAF Israel is looking for a Network & Cybersecurity Technician (Fortinet Specialist) to join our team on the Jerusalem Light Rail project – a unique opportunity to play a key role in securing one of Israel’s most advanced transportation systems.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Network and Cybersecurity Technician with hands-on experience in network infrastructure and Fortinet security tools. This role involves providing advanced operational support for ongoing network and cybersecurity activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level technical support for network and Fortinet solutions (NAC, SIEM, Firewall, EDR).
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network and security systems.
• Participate in system integration, upgrades, and security improvements.
• Document configurations, incidents, and resolutions as part of operational procedures.
  
  

• Proven hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiNAC, FortiSIEM, FortiEDR).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Practical, detail-oriented, and “hands-on-the-keyboard” approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
