Marketing Operations Specialist

Join our fast-growing team at WINN.AI and play a key role in driving data excellence and operational impact across our marketing and sales activities.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and data-driven professional who’s passionate about turning insights into action and helping us scale our go-to-market success.

This is a part-time position (60%) – If you’re passionate about data-driven marketing and want to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — we’d love to meet you!

What will you do?

Research & Prospecting

• Support the Marketing and Sales teams by validating and enriching outreach lists for events, roundtables, dinners, conferences, and campaigns.
• Leverage tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and relevant industry communities to identify and qualify prospects.
• Ensure all invitees align with WINN.AI’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Data Management

• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date data in our lists and CRM.
• Perform cross-list checks to prevent duplicate outreach and confirm engagement status.
• Uphold data hygiene by removing outdated or low-quality contacts.

Campaign & Social Support

• Contribute to digital and viral campaigns by creating and managing targeted outreach lists.
• Track engagement on WINN.AI’s LinkedIn posts and identify potential leads or relevant connections.
• Support Sendoso activities, including gifting logistics, tracking, and follow-up coordination.

CRM & Process Insight

• Gain hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and campaign tracking.
• Monitor outreach sequences, analyze engagement results, and share insights to optimize future campaigns.

• Ambitious, proactive, and driven to achieve excellence.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and other data management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently.
