We are seeking a Sales Specialist to represent the da Vinci® Robotic Surgical System- the world’s most advanced surgical platform, transforming how surgeons operate and how patients heal.

🔹 Your Mission

• Drive the expansion and clinical adoption of robotic surgery across leading hospitals in Israel.
• Partner with top surgeons and OR teams to bring precision, innovation, and excellence into every procedure.
• Lead strategic sales processes, build long-term partnerships, and identify growth opportunities in new clinical domains.
• Work hand-in-hand with marketing and clinical teams to execute impactful strategies that shape the future of minimally invasive surgery.
• Serve as the key ambassador of the da Vinci® system- connecting advanced technology with human skill to redefine surgical care.

🔹 Requirements

• Proven experience in medical device sales- mandatory (strong advantage for surgical/OR products).
• Academic degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or equivalent- mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills, high motivation, and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinker with passion for medical innovation and cutting-edge technology.
