The Identity Observability team owns multiple product modules that together provide deep visibility and control over enterprise identities and access. We are seeking a strategic and technical Product Manager to define, build, and scale our products. You will lead a high-impact product in a brand-new market category. In this high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with engineering, security teams, and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the vision and roadmap for one or more modules in the Identity Observability portfolio.
• Run customer discovery, interviews, and usability tests to validate problems and measure success
• Engage directly with large enterprise customers to validate assumptions, collect feedback, and iterate on different solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally, from discovery through launch, with Product, R&D, Security, Design, Sales, and GTM to drive feature execution
• Work with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to craft demos, proof-of-value metrics, and value messaging
• Make outcome-driven decisions on feature scope, quality thresholds, and release trade‑offs aligned with business impact goals
  
  

• 3+ years of Product Management experience - a must
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms - a must
• A proven background in cybersecurity/identity - a must
• Agentic/LLM-powered AI systems are a plus
• Ability to design and ship products with strong customer empathy, using user research, interviews, and feedback loops to shape MVPs
• Confident speaking with management and customers in English, including translating technical subtleties into risk-aware value narratives
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative teams; demonstrates a growth mindset, curiosity, and values candid debate over consensus
• Become an expert in all product aspects, user flows, features, infrastructure, and strategic market positioning
