🔬 Clinical Dietitian – Weight Loss & Clinical Research (3674)

A leading research institute in Israel is seeking a Clinical Dietitian for a unique role that places hands-on nutritional counseling and participant support at the heart of innovative clinical research.

The position combines close, ongoing work with study participants undergoing weight-loss and obesity interventions, together with coordination of cutting-edge clinical trials exploring the relationship between microbiome, nutrition, and metabolic health.

This role offers meaningful clinical impact, long-term relationships with participants, and collaboration with multidisciplinary research teams in Israel and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical nutritional guidance and continuous support of study participants throughout weight-loss and lifestyle-change processes

• Individual dietary counseling as part of structured clinical trials (obesity & weight loss focus)

• Recruitment, onboarding, motivation, and close follow-up of participants

• Coordination and day-to-day management of clinical studies involving human participants

• Collection, handling, and storage of biological samples (laboratory work)

• Ongoing collaboration with physicians, researchers, and study coordinators locally and internationally

Requirements:

✔️ B.Sc. in Nutrition + valid Ministry of Health license – required

✔️ Proven clinical experience in obesity treatment and/or weight loss counseling – required

✔️ Strong interpersonal skills and experience working closely with patients/participants

✔️ High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) – required

✔️ Willingness to perform laboratory work with human biological samples
