The Role

We are looking for a high-performance DevOps Engineer to join our R&D team. You will be a key architect of the systems that power our AI SOC, ensuring that our platform is scalable, resilient, and ready for massive global growth. You won’t just be "managing servers"; you’ll be building the backbone of an AI-driven security revolution.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud systems (AWS/Azure/GCP) tailored for heavy AI workloads and data-intensive security processing.
• Automation: Own and optimize our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, integrating AI-assisted testing and security scanning into our "inner loop" development.
• Scale for Growth: Plan and execute the growth of our data capacity, ensuring our AI models have the high-performance infrastructure they need to analyze billions of signals in real-time.
• Architecture & Innovation: Partner with R&D to design product architecture, examining and implementing cutting-edge cloud technologies and open-source tools.
• Production Excellence: Take full ownership of production-grade execution, ensuring high visibility through advanced observability.
  
  

• Experience: 6+ years as a DevOps Engineer on high-scale, distributed systems in a Linux environment.
• Cloud & Orchestration: Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker is a must. You should feel at home managing complex microservices.
• Code as a First Language: Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash. We value engineers who build tools, not just configure them.
• Modern CI/CD: Proven experience building robust pipelines from scratch (specifically with GitHub Actions).
• The AI Edge: You have a genuine interest in AI/ML infrastructure (MLOps) or have experience supporting R&D teams that use AI heavily.
• Ownership: A "get things done" mindset. You take full accountability for your systems and the success of your fellow Mates.
