As an Electrical Procurement Team Leader at Ormat, you leads the global procurement of electrical equipment for large-scale renewable energy projects in geothermal, solar, and energy storage. The role includes managing suppliers worldwide, driving strategic negotiations, finalizing high-value contracts, and ensuring quality, cost, and on-time delivery – all while leading a team and supporting Ormat’s mission of delivering clean, sustainable energy.

What you need to bring with you?

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 8 years of experience in procurement or sales within a large, international organization
• Proven expertise in electrical procurement, preferably in solar energy and energy storage
• Strong track record in leading high-value commercial and contractual negotiations
