IT Support Team Leader – Financial Organization (Ramat HaHayal)

About the Role:

The role includes managing a team of IT support technicians, with full responsibility for service quality, handling complex technical issues, and maintaining a strong hands-on involvement.

Responsibilities include leading cross-organizational technology projects, improving and optimizing work processes, working closely with external vendors and internal department managers, and writing procedures as well as documenting incidents and solutions.

In addition, the role involves full responsibility for the professional development of the team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing team management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a PC / IT Support Technician
• 1–3 years of experience managing a small technical team within a large organization, combined with hands-on work – mandatory
• Strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, high service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license – mandatory
• A modest, service-oriented, and pleasant approach, with the ability to integrate well into an existing team
• High energy, strong commitment, and a proactive (“can-do”) mindset
