Senior Software Engineer (Python) | Build AI-Powered Integrations for B2B Systems

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join a small, fast-moving team building advanced integrations that connect our platform with the sales tools B2B companies rely on every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build robust integrations with CRMs, sales tools, and data platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, and more)
• Develop REST APIs and scalable data pipelines that fuel AI models with clean, structured data
• Implement monitoring and error handling for business-critical integrations
• Work with LLMs to process and standardize data from multiple systems
• Manage large data flows using cloud-based data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
• Collaborate cross-functionally with a talented and passionate team to deliver features customers love — fast

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python
• Proven experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented design, testing (pytest), and clean code principles
• Experience working with data warehouses (BigQuery / Snowflake / Redshift)
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and LLMs — a big plus
• Kubernetes deployment experience — advantage
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into production-ready solutions
