We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our expanding global organization.

This role includes broad financial responsibility across the HQ and subsidiaries, with direct interaction with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting functions (Bookkeepers, as well as outsourced accountants in the Subsidiaries)
• Manage all month-end close processes.
• Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
• Responsible for revenue recognition, accuracy and completeness on a monthly base
• Prepare annual and quarterly audits with the Company’s external auditors.
• Prepare monthly Cash flow and Forecast.
• Lead preparation of an annual budget.
• Responsibility for managing the monthly billing of consolidated SaaS·
• Assisting with the Company’s special projects as well as Investors' requests
• Interact with other departments to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial analysis, reports, and recommendations.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems processes, tools, and control systems.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in an accounting firm or hi-tech/start-up finance department.
• IL CPA certification
• Experience with Public Company regulation – an advantage
• Good knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience with Public Company regulation – an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in US-GAAP and US-Tax- an advantage.
• Experience with NetSuite - an advantage
• Experience in the preparation of a monthly reported package
• Strong EXCEL experience -Must
• High level of English – Must

Hybrid work- 3 days in the office (Tel Aviv)
