Organic Marketing & Content Creator!

Were looking for a creative marketing talent to lead our companys organic marketing efforts, manage our blog, and grow our LinkedIn presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the companys organic marketing strategy
• Create and publish high-quality, original, and valuable content (no copy-paste from chatbots )
• Write posts, articles, and thought-leadership content in English only
• Design visuals, images, and short videos for social media
• Grow and engage our audience on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Analyze and improve content performance

Topics we focus on include:

• Drones, entrepreneurship, and investments
• Technology adoption by micro-businesses in Latin America and the growing local startup ecosystem
• Construction and renovation trends in the U.S.
• The impact of AI on customer service Chat AI, Voice AI, and beyond

Requirements:

• Proven experience in organic marketing and social media content management (especially LinkedIn)
• Excellent English writing skills must
• Creative, strategic, and self-driven mindset
• Familiarity with design and content tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Details:

Office location: IOS, Cancun

Monthly salary: 10,000-12,000 pesos
