Responsibilities

• Development & Automation
• Design, create, and maintain intuitive internal tools, scripts, and automation solutions that streamline workflows and minimize manual tasks.
• Develop seamless integrations across various platforms (such as Google Workspace, CRMs, analytics dashboards, and internal databases) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build scalable solutions for effective reporting, task tracking, and process management, ensuring our systems are robust and reliable.
• Continuously enhance existing systems to improve reliability, performance, and user experience, adapting to our evolving needs.
• Data Infrastructure & Analytics
• Collect, clean, and structure operational data to enable insightful reporting and analytics, paving the way for data-driven decision-making.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards that deliver real-time visibility into performance and productivity, empowering stakeholders with essential information.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to uncover inefficiencies, identify trends, and reveal business opportunities that drive growth.
• Translate operational requirements into precise technical and analytical frameworks that guide our strategy.
• Operational Strategy & Optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment across the organization.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and track progress toward key objectives that propel our business forward.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement, enhancing collaboration and efficiency across teams.
  
  

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script.
• Experience with APIs, automation tools (like Zapier or Make), and system integrations to facilitate seamless collaboration.
