Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a strong desire to understand business challenges, translate data into actionable insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and help drive solutions that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Needs Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify pain points, and gather requirements for new initiatives or improvements.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy and operational efficiency.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Looker and Power BI to communicate key performance indicators and analytical findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Strategic Recommendations: Translate data analysis into clear, concise business recommendations, outlining potential impacts and proposed solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and data capabilities.
• Market & Domain Research: Conduct research into industry trends, economic factors, or specific market segments (e.g., finance, media) to inform strategic planning.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools, specifically Looker and Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data and present them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
• A self-taught, autodidactic approach to learning and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
