PPC / Data Analysts

Kinetic Digital is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to support our PPC and social media teams, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook campaign analysis. The role includes working closely with our Manila-based marketing team, analyzing performance, solving problems, and contributing to the overall performance of the team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to empower data-driven decisions.
• Detect anomalies and performance issues early and investigate root causes.
• Analyze test results performed by the marketing team.
• Identify trends in customer behavior, segmentation, and campaign profitability.
• Provide clear, actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Utilize our BI tools in order to provide informed recommendations to the team.
• Detect opportunities for improving efficiency in reporting and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in digital marketing analytics or PPC analysis.
• High-level SQL and Excel skills, comfortable working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to communicate complex thoughts in a clear way.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
• Solid understanding of PPC and social media marketing; campaign management experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of PPC and social media marketing. Previous experience managing campaigns is a big plus.
• Experience in the casino or iGaming industry is a plus.
