Kinetic Digital is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to support our PPC and social media teams, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook campaign analysis. The role includes working closely with our Manila-based marketing team, analyzing performance, solving problems, and contributing to the overall performance of the team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to empower data-driven decisions.
- Detect anomalies and performance issues early and investigate root causes.
- Analyze test results performed by the marketing team.
- Identify trends in customer behavior, segmentation, and campaign profitability.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Utilize our BI tools in order to provide informed recommendations to the team.
- Detect opportunities for improving efficiency in reporting and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing analytics or PPC analysis.
- High-level SQL and Excel skills, comfortable working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills in English, able to communicate complex thoughts in a clear way.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
- Solid understanding of PPC and social media marketing; campaign management experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of PPC and social media marketing. Previous experience managing campaigns is a big plus.
- Experience in the casino or iGaming industry is a plus.
