Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo for the Country Managing Director position. The Country Managing Director will oversee and manage the operations of the local branch, implement company strategies, ensure the achievement of business goals, and maintain strong client relationships.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, guiding teams, and identifying business opportunities to expand the company’s reach within the local market. The role requires effective collaboration with both local and international stakeholders to align branch objectives with global company standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including experience in overseeing and guiding diverse teams
• Strategic planning and operational management to ensure goal alignment and performance optimization
• Client relationship management, partnership building, and stakeholder engagement
• In-depth understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies
• Exceptional communication skills in English; fluency in Hebrew or other local languages is a plus
• Proven ability to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Adaptability to operate in cross-cultural environments and collaborate with international teams
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar fields
