Financial Controller & FP&A Business Partner

What you’ll do

• Partner with leadership, providing actionable insights and analyses (scenarios, what-if, cost-benefit).
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring processes, ensuring alignment with the company strategy.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and propose process improvements.
• Evaluate new business initiatives with ROI, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analyses.
• Build and manage reports & dashboards, enhancing automation with AI and driving smarter decisions.
• Track and report KPIs, trends, and variances.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Controller in a global company.
• CPA qualification with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Internship at a Big Four (preferably with high-tech clients).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP & internal controls.
• Advanced Excel & ERP experience.
• Proactive, organized, and independent, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong orientation to AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
