System Analyst

Job Description: Project Manager / Systems Analyst

Role Objective:

To lead technological projects within a growing private hospital network, including analysis, implementation, integration, and oversight of critical information systems. The role combines managerial, analytical, and technical responsibilities while working closely with business users, management, development teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, and supervision of development and testing phases
• Analyze business requirements and define functional and technical specifications
• Write detailed functional and technical specification documents for complex, cross-organizational processes
• Implement and maintain enterprise systems such as Chameleon, CRM, Priority, and RIS
• Translate business requirements into technical guidelines for developers and QA teams
• Provide ongoing support for system changes, enhancements, and troubleshooting
• Monitor business processes and handle system errors
• Collaborate with external software vendors and internal development teams
• Conduct requirement gathering, prepare work plans, and facilitate prioritization meetings

Mandatory Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or equivalent)
• Certification or coursework in Project Management or Systems Analysis
• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis within complex, multi-process organizations (healthcare sector preferred)
• Strong SQL knowledge and advanced technical capabilities
