Senior Cybersecurity Expert - Relocation to Singapore

We’re looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Expert to join our team in Singapore, leading the design and delivery of impactful training programs in cyber defense for government, enterprise, and other organizations.

You’ll work closely with each organization to understand their unique threat landscape, then create and deliver customized courses, hands-on cyber labs, and simulations that help them build practical resilience against sophisticated threats across their complex environments.

You will be at the forefront of cybersecurity knowledge, collaborating closely with global experts, client security and R&D teams, and training teams to develop and deliver highly relevant content.

• Design, lead, and deliver immersive, hands-on cyber training in areas such as threat hunting, incident response, and secure architecture.
• Develop and facilitate detection and response scenarios, observe participant decision-making, and provide real-time mentoring.
• Adapt content and simulations to reflect each client’s needs, threat models, and maturity level.
• Be a trusted technical advisor to clients, providing hands-on consulting in a variety of projects such as risk analysis, system hardening, policy writing, and process design.



• A technical cybersecurity expert with hands-on experience across at least 2 organizations - ideally in red teaming, threat hunting, SOC/IR, or cyber R&D.
• Skills in attack simulation, detection engineering, or cyber lab design.
• Familiarity with adversary emulation frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK), infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible), and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Strong English, spoken and written - you’ll be working closely with international teams and clients.
• Excellent communicator and educator - able to translate complex threats into engaging, understandable training, while independently owning entire projects from client request to final implementation.
• Background in consulting, military, or client-facing cybersecurity roles - advantage
• Experience with cyber ranges, CTF environments, or advanced training platforms - advantage.
