Technical Process Manager

At AVV (Autonomous Vehicle Validation) it's our responsibility to ensure that we deliver the top product to the customer, among which are the top international car manufacturers.

As the last point before before customer delivery for all AV products, its imperative that we be efficient, scalable and effective. This is where you come in.

What will your job look like:

• Improve, maintain and create the processes which form the backbone of the Validation Group.
• Lead internal project technical discussions across various technology teams.
• Ongoing communication with key stakeholders including Validation team leaders, project managers, R&D department, System Architect departments etc.
• Understand the day-to-day activities of the Validation teams and raise creative solutions to pains to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Responsibility to oversee and maintain the entire System Validation, from System Requirements derived from the OEM, through test creation and execution, ensuring on-time delivery of the highest quality.
• Maintain continuous status transparency for management.
• Perform various technical tasks such as Test Reports, status reports, etc.
• Lead and contribute to the decision-making process and facilitate conflict resolution.
  
  

• Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/ Relevant Engineering degree- MUST
• 3+ years of experience of product/project management- MUST
• Experience in customer facing technical project / program management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and management skills.
• Experience with Python and BI – strong advantage
• Experience with managing people in matrix environment – advantage.
• Experience with requirement management - advantage
• Vehicle industry experience – advantage.
• Fluent English and Hebrew.
• Willing to travel
