AI Lead

We’re looking for an experienced AI Lead to drive the design and development of next-generation intelligent systems. This is a hands-on, technical leadership role focused on building end-to-end AI products powered by LLMs, RAG architectures, and autonomous Agents.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of advanced AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent systems.
• Architect and implement end-to-end AI pipelines — from data ingestion and backend integration to deployment and monitoring.
• Build and optimize AI Agents capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting with complex systems.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to bring cutting-edge GenAI capabilities into production.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest trends in LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenDevin, AutoGen).
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the AI team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, including strong backend engineering skills (Python, Node.js, or similar).
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI Agents, LLM-based applications, or RAG systems.
• Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Strong grasp of vector search, embeddings, and prompt optimization.
• Experience leading AI/ML teams or cross-functional engineering squads.
• Passion for cutting-edge AI innovation, problem-solving, and translating research into real-world impact.
