System Analyst & Scrum Master

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for translating business needs into end-to-end technological solutions- from analysis and specification to implementation with development, QA, and product teams. This is a dynamic and challenging role that combines business insight with technical expertise, driving the continuous improvement of critical systems and processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Translate business requirements into technological solutions, working with internal clients, development, and product teams.
• Analyze existing systems, plan new solutions, and recommend improvements aligned with business and technological needs.
• Break down projects into clear tasks by writing User Stories with defined Acceptance Criteria and prioritizing work items.
• Prepare detailed documentation: functional specifications, technical specifications, flowcharts, and integration documents.
• Lead the implementation process in collaboration with development, QA and project managers.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements for optimization and efficiency.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of proven experience as a System Analyst, preferably in large organizations or with complex systems- Must
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies- Must
• Strong technical background with CRM systems, REST APIs, web, and mobile applications- Must
• Experience in writing end-to-end functional and technical specifications- Must
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence- Must
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field-Must
• Experience analyzing processes in the investment / financial industry- Advantage
• Hands-on experience in CRM-specific analysis and specification- Advantage
• Knowledge of the differences between web and mobile application analysis- Advantage
