We’re looking for a back-end engineer with a strong background in C# and .NET frameworks.

The Role:

As a Back-End Software Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop robust, scalable back-end architectures leveraging C#, and .NET framework.
• Develop and design scalable IT solutions following architectural guidelines.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical knowledge, ensuring seamless integration.
• Translate user stories into detailed solutions while ensuring secure development practices.
• Collaborate with software developers, UX designers, Project managers, and Product Owners.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure technical alignment.
• Ensure adherence to Agile team norms, coding standards, architecture strategy, and high-security standards.
• Optimize infrastructure and IT systems through effective requirements refinement.
• Share software development and solution design expertise with the IT team.

What You Need:

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• 6+ years of experience as a Developer.
• Proficiency in C#, and .NET Core frameworks.
• Extensive experience with relational databases, particularly MYSQL servers.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS an advantage.
• Knowledge of agile development practices and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset with a desire to learn new technologies and improve existing skills.
• A strong team player.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven track record in delivering and supporting applications.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular is considered an advantage.
