Project Manager

We are looking for a Business Project Manager to lead and drive strategic, multi-disciplinary projects within Niart.

The role involves managing development and delivery projects, working closely with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and Niart’s internal development and operations teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and experienced in balancing technical, operational, and business priorities.

This position reports directly to company management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

·      Lead and manage business projects end-to-end, from requirements to successful delivery.

·      Serve as the main point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring

project alignment with expectations.

·      Develop and manage project work plans, schedules, risk mitigation plans and budgets.

·      Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and drive continuous improvement processes.

·      Work closely with all internal teams including engineering, production, procurement, and finance.

·      Lead communication and management of key suppliers and subcontractors.

·      Prepare and present detailed project status reports to both customers and company management.

·      Ensure projects meet technical, financial, and operational goals.

Requirements:

·      3–5 years of proven experience managing multi-disciplinary development projects within a

hardware/product/technology company (non-SaaS).

·      Proven experience working with India-based customers and industries (B2B, B2G projects).

·      Proven experience working directly with business customers and managing multi-M$ scope budgets.

·      Familiarity with hardware development and production processes – an advantage.

·      Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar).

·      Strong communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.

·      Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.

·      Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, STEM, or similar – an advantage.
