AI Performance and Insights Team Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our AI Performance and Insights team.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and customer success - ensuring that Trigo’s AI-driven products deliver consistent, measurable performance and create tangible value for our customers.

AI Performance and Insights Team Lead, you will lead a team dedicated to analyzing, optimizing, and scaling the performance of Trigo’s AI systems and products. You will connect operational data, product behavior, and customer outcomes to uncover insights that drive improvement - helping Trigo continuously enhance product reliability, accuracy, and impact in the field.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, focused on using data and AI operations to drive product excellence and customer success.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of AI operations, data analytics, and insights experts.
• Build and optimize processes for AI product performance monitoring and improvement - ensuring stability, scalability, and measurable gains in the field.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate findings into prioritized feature and performance enhancements.
• Develop frameworks and KPIs to measure and improve both product performance and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to quantify product value, driving adoption, retention, and expansion through insights.
• Operate and scale AI systems for new and existing products, ensuring consistent, high-quality performance across deployments.
• Establish feedback loops between AI Ops, R&D, and Customer Performance teams to turn field insights into business impact.

Represent AI Performance and Insights in executive discussions and with customers, demonstrating how Trigo’s technology translates into measurable results.

• Proven leadership experience in AI operations, data analytics, or performance-focused product roles, ideally within technology or data-driven environments.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of improving product and system performance through data and insights.
• Experience turning operational data into strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels - from defining performance frameworks to guiding day-to-day AI operations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to connect data to impact for both executives and customers.
