we are hiring a Junior Marketing Analyst for a role focused on data, campaigns, and insights that drive real results
What will you do in this role?
Set up, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across all of the bank’s communication channels (SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, email, and CRM).
Work with BO and Unica on a regular basis.
Perform ongoing QA and control checks to ensure campaigns and customer journeys function properly.
Analyze data from complex databases.
Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze results, and produce actionable insights and business recommendations for marketing and sales teams.
Work closely with marketing, advertising, data, CRM, and technology teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration.
Up to one year of experience as an analyst.
Strong analytical thinking, business-oriented mindset, and proactivity.
High interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
