Job Description

As a Full-Stack Tech Lead, you will:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable full-stack solutions across multiple product domains.
• Partner closely with the CTO to influence and execute the technical strategy across the platform.
• Set technical direction, making architecture and design decisions to enhance the performance and scalability of our platform.
• Select and adopt the right tools and frameworks to solve problems efficiently.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Take ownership of complex technical problems, developing creative and efficient solutions.
• Champion best practices in software development, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to building a robust HR Tech platform serving hundreds of thousands of users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a graduate of leading technological units.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong, extensive background in full-stack development in leading frameworks on both Back-End and Front-End.
• Proven ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Experience deploying applications to at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong communication and ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, excellent quality & timely deliveries discipline.
• Self-motivated, adaptable to change, and a dedicated team player.
