Apparel Buying & Sourcing Lead - Israel Market (Consulting/Contract)

Lal10 is a global apparel sourcing & manufacturing venture, powering some of the world’s leading brands and retailers with design-led apparel solutions. We are building Lal10’s next chapter in Israel, and are looking for seasoned buying & sourcing leaders to spearhead our brand partnerships in the region. This is a unique opportunity to not just consult, but to co-create and co-own Lal10’s Israel journey

Key Responsibilities

• Curate collections aligned with brand needs, in collaboration with our India HQ team
• Drive market entry by leveraging your network to establish partnerships with leading Israeli brands
• Represent Lal10 as the face of sourcing excellence in Israel, aligning closely with India operations
• Shape and execute strategy for long-term sourcing partnerships

Requirements

• Must be based in Israel
• Proven track record of leadership in buying, sourcing, or merchandising roles for apparel brands or retailers
• Established relationships at decision-making levels within Israeli apparel/fashion brands
