We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Development Team Leader

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

In this role, you’ll lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers (3–5 people) while driving end-to-end project delivery in a dynamic Salesforce environment.

You’ll define system architecture, design technical solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable implementations, develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications, implement best practices, and oversee version release and deployment processes.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including 2+ years in team leadership •

Salesforce certifications required: Administrator and Platform Developer I •

Proven experience with Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies •

Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs •

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies •

Experience in designing and implementing integrations with external systems •

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team •

Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal •

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment •

Advantage: Platform Developer II and/or Salesforce Architect certifications •

Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects successfully •
