Customer Relationship Management Developer

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), Israel’s central financial marketplace and a key pillar of the economy, is hiring a CRM Developer & Implementer to join our Organizational Systems Section.

What you will do

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premise)
• Implement and configure business processes, workflows, and system logic
• Create functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders across the organization
• Partner with development, infrastructure, and security teams
• Translate business requirements into technological solutions that support TASE’s strategy

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365)
• Experience in workflows, business rules, plugins, reports, dashboards, and custom modules
• Strong knowledge of C# .NET and JavaScript
• Experience in API development and system integrations
• Experience in upgrades, troubleshooting, and end-user support
• Excellent collaboration skills with IT, development, and business teams
• Proven ability to analyze requirements and design solutions

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DCP and Ribbon customization
• Knowledge of CRM On-Premise architecture
• Experience with GW Open API
• Familiarity with CRM Online and Marketing Automation tools
