A leading Israeli organization is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic initiatives with a direct impact on the company’s growth and operations, as part of the executive management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic business development initiatives and cross-organizational projects.
• Manage supplier relations and develop pricing and promotion strategies.
• Represent the company in professional conferences and industry events.
• Prepare business forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• 3-4 Relevant experience.
• Proven experience in commercial management, category management, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in BI tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field – an advantage.
