AV Product Group Manager

Mobileye is looking for an experienced, technical, creative and highly motivated Product Team Manager, who has vast experience in complex products, strong background in product management and has strong analytical skills, to join the Mobileye Sensing product team. The role requires working closely with R&D, customers, BizDev and production projects and the ability to lead a team of talented product manages and products (existing and new).

What will your job look like:

• Lead, manage and mentor a team of high performing product managers.
• Work to improve our product lines and grow them with new products.
• Define the product strategy and own the full cycle of product development – ideation, clients validations, discovery with R&D, specs writing, launching, monitoring. And iterate to improve.
• Serve as the internal and external product evangelist; build relationships with prospects, customers, industry experts, regulatory bodies and Mobileye internal team members.
• Research and understand key customers, market trends, upcoming opportunities, and challenges.
• Work alongside production projects, release management and other functions, to drive product launches, feature rollouts, etc.
• Commit to results, and report on progress. Present to the company executive management on a quarterly basis.
• Define and maintain the product plan (short and long term).
• Act as the subject matter expert of the product and market internally (cross teams, engineering, BizDev, pre-sales, etc.) as well as externally (customers).
  
  

• BA/BS Computer Science or related technical degree.
• Experience as a leading Product Manager
• Experience in leading a group of PMs, with exceptional leadership skills
• An all-can-do attitude, a problem solver, and a team player
• Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator and presenter
• Innovate, think out of the box to create more value in the product
• Excellent negotiation/leadership skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities & conflicts

• Our offices are located at Jerusalem, but we foster a remote-friendly environment, combining work from home 2/3 days a week
