About Ashtrom Renewable Energy:

Ashtrom Renewable Energy operates as an independent power producer (IPP) and specializes in developing, financing, constructing, and operating large-scale renewable energy projects.

We are looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to lead strategic and large-scale projects in the energy sector, combining economic, financial, engineering, and operational aspects.

📍 Location: Israel

🕐 Full-time position

✈️ Willingness to travel to the U.S.

⚡ Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of projects – from feasibility through development to full maturity
• Overseeing the entire project development process
• Performing comprehensive project analysis, including planning, contractual, financial, and budgeting aspects
• Coordinating between technical, financial, regulatory teams and external suppliers
• Managing project risks and leading quality assurance and control processes
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring alignment with business goals and milestones
• Preparing and presenting regular reports to management in Israel and abroad

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the energy sector – required
• Relevant academic degree in Law, Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field – required
• Proven experience in managing complex, global projects – required
• Background in energy companies – Solar, Wind, Electricity, or other Renewable Energy sectors – required
• Excellent English – written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel to the United States
