Salesforce Implementer

We are looking for a Salesforce Implementer to join a growing and dynamic tech organization.

The role includes working closely with development and product teams, customizing the platform, and supporting end users to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Salesforce according to project milestones, including designing screens, building flows, and developing tailored solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the system to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Provide training and ongoing support to internal users.
• Customize the platform based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate daily with developers, product managers, and IT teams to improve processes and integrations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer – must.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions - strong advantage.
• Experience in gathering requirements, process analysis, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Information Systems - advantage.
• Salesforce ADM201 certification - advantage.
• Knowledge or experience with APEX coding - advantage.
• Experience working with FormTitan - advantage.
