Job Description

On-site technical support, supporting site users and processes in the office and business environment (labs, manufacturing…).

Working days & hours: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 – 17:00 on 9 hours shift

Location: Be'er Sheva

Must Have :

o Languages- Hebrew – Native language; English – High level of speaking and writing

o Customer service oriented

o technical support experience in medium/large organization

o Hardware troubleshooting: PC problem-solving, hard drives, RAM, CPUs and power, video, printing

o Troubleshooting

o PC Support- Install and configure PC hardware and components

o User support-

o Active Directory / Identity management

o Permissions

o Network- Basic network experience

o Network cabins alignment, Rack and stacking

o Console management

o AP & Switches basic support

o Operation-

o PC and network asset management

o Local inventory management

o ServiceNow knowledge management & documentation

Good to have:

o Working with ServiceNow (ticketing and knowledge)

o Printers support (mapping, printer queue…)

o VLAN configuration

o Experience with Cisco products

o Experience in Windows environment

o Imaging and configuration

o Office 365

o Experience with SCCM (imaging and package deployment) and AutoPilot

o ServiceNow ticket management (Incident & Request)

o Conference- Meeting room – operation and basic troubleshooting
