Software Team Lead (NestJS, React.js/ React Native)

We’re looking for a hands-on Software Team Lead- someone who can both lead and execute, who lives technology and understands people.

As the CEO’s right hand, you’ll lead end to end development, define the roadmap and architecture, and shape the company’s technology direction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead an experienced development team and take ownership of the architecture, development, and maintenance of complex systems in the fintech domain.
• Build and scale high-performance systems with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and real-time data processing.
• Manage end to end development of the company’s core platforms- from design to deployment.
• Define and execute the company’s technical roadmap and long term development strategy.
• Develop backend services using NestJS, and frontend/mobile applications with React.js or React Native.
• Design, build, and maintain Public APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across all financial systems.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and business stakeholders to drive key technical and product decisions.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of software development experience- Must
• Experience working with cloud environments- Must (Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Strong Advantage)
• Backend development experience using NestJS- Must
• Experience with React.js and/or React Native- Must
• Proven experience developing and maintaining Public APIs and performing system integrations- Must
• Experience leading development teams- Significant Advantage
• Experience working with Data Pipelines- Advantage
• Experience with Real-Time Data systems- Advantage
• Background in Fintech or experience handling sensitive data- Advantage
