Solution Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong analytical and system-thinking skills, responsible for designing, defining, and implementing end-to-end technological solutions across the organization.

The role involves a deep understanding of business processes, building workflows, automations, and AI-based RPA solutions, as well as translating business needs into technical requirements and implementing them effectively.

This position combines both business and technical aspects — from understanding user requirements, through designing business and technological architectures, to implementing integrations between various systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, SharePoint, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand existing and new business processes, and design tailored workflows and automation solutions.

• Define business and technological architectures — from the user perspective (UX forms) and at the system-wide level.

• Build complete BPM processes, including development, testing, optimization, and continuous improvement stages.

• Design and implement integrations between systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, WCF, Listener).

• Lead cross-organizational technological projects from concept to go-live.

• Collaborate closely with business users, development, and infrastructure teams, understanding diverse needs and providing optimal technological solutions.

• Develop and implement RPA processes utilizing AI capabilities to streamline and optimize automation.

Professional Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect — required.

• Strong understanding of BPM processes and the process development lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing API integrations — required.

• Familiarity with formats and technologies such as JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, WCF.

• Practical knowledge of programming languages: Python, JavaScript, OData, .NET, PL/SQL — at a working development level.

• Solid understanding of Networking, Security, and communication protocols — required.

• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, SharePoint — strong advantage.

• Experience in building robots or automated processes using AI- or RPA-based tools — advantage.
