Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Systems Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining our information systems and infrastructure. This includes identifying anomalies, generating insights, and supporting the administrative and technological processes that are core to our IT operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in technology, a proactive mindset, and the desire to develop in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee IT systems and infrastructure, identifying malfunctions or irregularities.

• Cross-reference data and detect gaps in databases.

• Generate and analyze log files to identify issues, trends, and anomalies.

• Build and maintain control reports for management.

• Support IT procurement processes – defining requirements, comparing vendor proposals, tracking deliveries, and managing services.

• Track software license allocations, renewals, and compliance.

• Assist in the implementation and upgrade of systems, including testing, issue documentation, and user training.

• Monitor data flows between systems and perform tests after migrations.

• Ensure data quality and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• Student or graduate (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).

• Strong technological curiosity, proactive approach, and high motivation – must-have!

• Willingness to learn and grow, with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.

• Good understanding of enterprise IT systems – experience in monitoring, technical support, military technology roles (e.g., IT technician/system analyst), or formal education in Information Systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• High level of English (spoken and written).
