As the CEO you will lead the company’s strategic direction, operations, and global expansion efforts. This role requires a visionary leader with deep experience in optical technologies, manufacturing, and international business development. You will be responsible for driving profitability, fostering innovation, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan in alignment with board directives.

· Oversee all aspects of operations including R&D, manufacturing, sales, finance, and HR.

· Lead international sales and marketing efforts to expand global market share.

· Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.

· Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across departments.

· Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting to the board.

· Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with investors.

· Proven experience as CEO, COO, or senior executive in a technology/manufacturing company.

· Strong background in optics, photonics, or precision engineering.

· Demonstrated success in international sales and business development.

· Experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling operations.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

· Advanced degree in engineering, physics, optics, or business (MBA preferred).

Preferred Attributes

· Experience working with OEMs and B2B customers in global markets.

· Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems in manufacturing.

· Ability to navigate complex technical environments and translate them into business strategy.

· Multilingual capabilities and international work experience are a plus.
