Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a commercial counsel for an international company managing a large-scale energy infrastructure project. This role combines strategic legal work with hands-on project execution.

This is a unique opportunity to take end-to-end legal and contractual ownership in a dynamic fast paced environment.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Lead and support negotiations with contractors, suppliers, authorities, and financial entities.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel to multidisciplinary project teams on commercial, corporate, procurement, and regulatory matters.
• Prepare legal opinions, strategic documents, and reports for senior management.
• Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities.

• Licensed attorney in Israel – mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience as a commercial/contracts lawyer.
• Proven experience supporting infrastructure or energy projects – a major advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Full proficiency in English - mandatory
