Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

In this role, you will be responsible for ingesting and processing large volumes of data, conducting in-depth data exploration and analysis in close collaboration with Data Scientists, and designing and developing critical, large-scale data pipelines — both on-premises and in cloud environments.

Requirements:

3+ years as a Data Engineer – mandatory

Strong Python skills (JSON handling, database interaction) – mandatory

2+ years of hands-on AWS experience (Athena, Glue, Step Functions, EMR, Redshift, RDS) – mandatory

Proven experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes

Work with text data for AI/LLM – strong advantage

Experience with Spark and large-scale data processing – advantage

Familiarity with REST APIs, Parquet/Avro/HDFS/Delta, and data optimization techniques

Knowledge of Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and Kubernetes

Experience with GenAI / Prompt Engineering – advantage

Service deployment and SageMaker experience – strong advantage

• Experience with microservices, Kafka, and API integrations – advantage
