About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior CPA / Assistant Controller to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial controls and oversee accounting processes
• Support the bookkeeping process up to trial balance and financial statements
• Prepare trial balances and perform analytical reviews
• Liaise with external auditors and government authorities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and tax reports
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitoring actual vs. planned results
• Perform controls for periodic and monthly reporting to institutions

Requirements:

• CPA license – mandatory
• Experience with Priority ERP system – strong advantage
• Experience in companies with inventory – significant advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting
• High proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Independent, detail-oriented, responsible, and with excellent interpersonal skills
• Availability for a full-time position in Holon

• ביצוע בקרות על מחלקת הנהלת חשבונות
• ליווי תהליכי הנהלת חשבונות עד מאזן ודוחות כספיים
• סגירת מאזן בוחן לדוח תקופתי וביצוע ניתוחים אנליטים
• התנהלות מול רו"ח חיצוני, מוסדות
• הכנת דוחות חודשיים, רבעונים ושנתיים ודוחות מס
• בניית תקציב שנתי ומעקב על תקציב מול ביצוע ביצוע בקרה לדיווחים חודשיים ותקופתיים למוסדות

• רישיון רו"ח – חובה
• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת Priority – יתרון משמעותי
• ניסיון בעבודה בחברה עם מלאים - יתרון משמעותי
• הבנה מעמיקה בהנהלת חשבונות ובדוחות כספיים
• שליטה גבוהה באופיס בדגש על אקסל
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית, אחריות ויחסי אנוש מצוינים
• זמינות למשרה מלאה בחולון
