Product Designer Lead

About Us

We’re a cybersecurity company in stealth mode, building a next-generation identity security platform powered by agentic AI. We are looking for a Product Designer Lead to lead the discovery, user experience and design of our platform and AI agents.

What You'll Do

• Own Product Design
• Lead design initiatives for our cybersecurity platform, supporting both standard and agentic workflows.
• AI & Agentic Flows
• Prototype and design dynamic, intelligent experiences powered by smart agents.
• End‑to‑End UX
• Develop user flows, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, and polished prototypes in Figma (or other tools as needed).
• Research‑Driven Design
• Conduct usability tests, interviews, and leverage quantitative metrics to validate and iterate designs.
• Design Systems & Collaboration
• Build and maintain a scalable design system. Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
• 6+ years in UX/Product Design of complex B2B systems.
• Proven track record designing cybersecurity products - strong advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing user-centric solutions for complex workflows in B2B environments.
• Technical & AI Familiarity:
• Proficient in Figma and design systems; able to drive design consistency and scalability.
• Strong candidates will demonstrate forward-thinking in envisioning features, constraints, and user experience considerations in AI-agent interactions.
• Research & Data Skills:
• Hands-on experience conducting user research including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable design decisions that improve product usability and performance.
• Collaboration:
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; can distill complex, technical ideas into clear, human-centered design narratives.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams.
• Adaptability & Ownership:
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; proactive and resourceful in shaping processes from the ground up.
• Hands-on designer who’s not afraid to dive into the details - from ideation to implementation.
• Willingness to dedicate ~15% of time to general design needs including marketing assets, presentations, and visual storytelling to support go-to-market efforts.
