IT Project Manager

A leading and long-established energy company is undergoing a digital transformation and implementing advanced systems such as Salesforce and Priority ERP. We are looking for a talented Project Manager & Systems Analyst to join the Information Systems Division and lead key modernization initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects of new systems and processes.
• Analyze organizational needs, define requirements, write specs, and manage risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, developers, QA, and users.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in managing cross-organizational tech projects.
• Strong documentation skills: functional/technical specs, work plans, training guides.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems in service-oriented organizations.
• Advantage: Experience with Salesforce and Priority ERP.
• Advantage: Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Advantage: Relevant academic degree
