Chief Marketing Officer

About the Company

We’re an early-stage online dating startup with a unique product, on a mission to reimagine how singles connect — creating more natural, authentic, and time-efficient experiences. The MVP was successfully tested on small audiences. We’re seeking an equity-only co-founder to lead marketing activities including larger-scale validation and go-to-market execution, as we prepare for our full launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) plan
• Design and manage digital marketing campaigns and social outreach
• Build user acquisition funnels and track conversions
• Identify and engage niche communities, influencers, or pilot participants
• Collect feedback and optimize messaging and positioning
• Contribute to brand story, marketing materials, and launch communications

Qualifications

• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Proven experience in user acquisition or community marketing (B2C)
• Hands-on experience executing GTM strategies in startups or product-driven environments
• Knowledge of social media, influencer, and grassroots marketing
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-starter who thrives in an early-stage setting
• Nice-to-have: experience in Product or Business Development
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
