Head of Product (Relocation to Spain)

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Own and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy across the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and executive leadership.

✔️Build, lead, and mentor a team of Product Managers to execute on the roadmap and deliver world class products.

✔️Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design & data, to deliver impactful products on time and within scope.

✔️Define and own the global product roadmap, ensuring prioritization based on business value, customer impact, and market opportunities.

✔️Oversee the entire product lifecycle — from ideation and development to launch, optimization, and scaling.

✔️Champion a data-driven culture, ensuring that product decisions are supported by analytics, A/B testing, and measurable KPIs.

✔️Represent the product function at the executive level and with key external partners, building buy in and visibility for product initiatives.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role .

✔️Proven track record in the Gaming/iGaming industry.

✔️Experience managing, coaching, and scaling product teams in a fast paced, high growth environment.

✔️Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate company vision into actionable roadmaps and team goals.

✔️Deep understanding of customer experience, product engagement loops, and monetization mechanics

✔️Strong technical background or proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.

✔️Advanced data analytics skills, with the ability to define and monitor KPIs that measure product success.

✔️Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and external partners.

✔️Skilled at navigating matrix organizations and driving alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
