About the Role:

We are looking for a Catalog Coordinator to manage and maintain our product catalog. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the product catalog in Commax or SAP systems.
• Create and update promotions, new products, and pricing information.
• Monitor data entry by the commercial department, identify discrepancies, and correct information gaps.
• Design flyers and produce promotional booklets, including all marketing activities.
• Collaborate with multiple interfaces within the company – area managers, category managers.
• Work closely with suppliers.
• Manage data quality and perform data cleaning tasks.
• Generate reports in Excel.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role .
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Commax or SAP
• Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, motivation, and eagerness to learn .
