Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project management, with significant experience in both delivery and R&D project management.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading development teams, with a focus on driving high performance and collaboration.
• Cultural Awareness: Experience working with American teams and the ability to accommodate late working hours to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
