Humanz is a leading startup in the creator economy space, changing the way brands and influencers work together worldwide. Our fast-growing team manages all the Israeli clients.

We’re expanding and looking for an Account Manager (ADS) to join our team in Israel and help strengthen our client operations.

The role includes:

Supporting clients in their digital advertising campaigns (ADS) and maintaining close communication.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring they are satisfied and engaged.
Tracking and monitoring campaigns, reporting performance, and assisting in analysis.
Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Creative, Monetization, Data) to understand campaigns, tools, and systems.
Helping coordinate campaigns, promotions, and ongoing client activities.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar role.
Strong communication and organizational skills; highly structured and detail-oriented.
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to generate value for clients
Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
Good understanding of digital advertising, ADS tools, and campaign systems (does not need to execute campaigns directly but must navigate and understand the platforms).
Target/KPI driven and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
